Hills Raiders has grown exponentially over its short 3 years within the WABL competition and we have an exciting and unique opportunity for you to join our family. We are seeking EOI for the position of WABL Coordinator.
The WABL Coordinator is a vital role in establishing the high performance development pathway of WABL and State Championships. We are seeking a passionate candidate who can continue to build on our reputation while upholding the culture and values of the association. At the heart of our association there is a tremendous drive to create a positive culture with growth and retention of players, coaches and stakeholders paramount within everything we aim to achieve. Our focus is on the future development of our members creating strong community leaders both on and off the court. We vow to support and encourage those within our association in every aspect of the sport from players, umpires to aspiring coaches. This position offers the chance to become the leader and mentor of the program, while working collaboratively alongside the WABL Committee for the benefit of the entire association, strengthening the program at its core.

- Excellent positive communication skills.
- Experience with developing a community program and athlete development programs.
- Willingness to work with a team for the future viability and sustainability of the WABL program.

- Ability to manage high workloads and meet deadlines within specific timeframes.
The successful candidate will be an effective team member with excellent people and relationship management skills, who demonstrates a growth mindset and willingness to support the culture and values of Hills Raiders Basketball Association. The successful applicant will also have or be able to obtain a WA Working with children check.
